Look at the PMG PSA pop reports. Not uncommon for these to be given an “Altered” label. Some come out of packs cut short or miscut, edges chipped.

Still only 11 copies out of the 90 Red Hakeems have been graded by PSA in 25+ years now. Making this still a very rare copy.
