Both the card (front & back) are clean with one, surface, crease on the back of the card by the hanger (See picture provided)

The front plastic viewing window for the figure is fully attached with no scratches or yellowing.

The only real issue is some light sale sticker residue located in her hair on the picture on the front of the card.
