This antique photo is a rare one, and would look great in a very wide frame. Perfect for your Green Bay home or business! The photo was taken by the Garrett Photography Studio in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and shows the American Legion (Wisconsin Department) State Convention from June 1920. The American Legion was organized just the year before (1919) and greatly expanded in 1920. This photo shows hundreds of men, most with their American Legion ribbons, and a handful of women. It's 8" tall, and 46" wide! There is one irregular vertical tear all the way through the photo approx. 10" from the right side. Very little image loss. The notation #508 - Ben Green appears in pencil on the reverse of the photo. Lots of trees, and a couple of buildings in the background. These guys, obviously, were WWI veterans. Free local pickup is available in Geneva, IL. If shipped, I will mail it via USPS, with a tracking number. You won't find another like it!
