EAPG U.S. Glass #15101 Buzz-Star (AKA Whirligig, Comet) 1 Good Water Goblet plus 1 With Large Chip

This pattern was made by U.S. Glass in 1907. The pattern included several items but is possibly best known for the toy table set. The goblet is a nice addition to a collection of EAPG goblets. This listing gives you the good one for the collection and one to use however you like since it is already badly chipped.

The gold trim is nearly gone on both goblets - the photo appears to have more gold than there really is since it reflects the light. The first goblet is very good condition but it has a few tiny knicks (fleabites or chips) on the bottom beveled edge and mold flaws - see the 4th photo. It is in typical used condition for a goblet of this age. You can't really see the knicks or chips but they can be felt. The second goblet has a large chip on the base. The second goblet has little value but is still usable and too dear to throw away-see the last photo.

The water goblets are approximately 6" tall.

I rarely describe vintage china & glassware as perfect since it will acquire some use marks even from sitting on a shelf for most of its life. Vintage china & glassware may also have small bubbles, mold seams and marks that are inherent in the making of the item. I try to describe any issues that I consider more than average wear and certainly will point out any damage that I find.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like additional pictures.

I have listings for other items. My eBay store is Glass Mountain Antiques.  Click on the above link to check out my other items. I am happy to reduce the shipping if you purchase more than one item and the items can be combined in one box. Ask for a revised invoice before paying when buying multiple items.

I pack everything with great care.  I use recycled material when I can, but mainly have to buy bubble wrap and peanuts. Your shipping cost is shown in the auction listing before you bid and is based on the shipping rates from my home to yours as computed by the eBay shipping calculator.  All of my items are unique. I weigh each item and then add one or two pounds for the estimated weight of the box and packing material. The shipping calculator is usually very close to the actual amount of the shipping.

I inspect items carefully for any damage and try to describe the auction items clearly and accurately.  I will gladly refund your bid price if an item differs significantly from my description.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.  Please contact me if you have any problems with my auction item.
