Payment is always expected within 48 hours of the auction completion. If we do not receive your payment on time, you will receive a reminder message from an Astor Galleries team member.

All orders generally ship within 1 business day; Astor Galleries will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Astor Galleries is happy to combine shipments whenever possible, however, we are often unable to combine shipping for our larger jewelry lots as they often must be packed separately due to size. Please contact us prior to completing payment if you have multiple items to be combined.

We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after you have completed payment.

Please do not hesitate to message us with any questions. However, please do not ask us to end bidding early. We do not accept offers on auction items that are below the starting bid and we ask that customers refrain from messaging with such offers as they will not receive a response.
