AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES IT HAS NORMAL SIGNS OF USE AROUND THE LAPTOP BUT SOME DEFECTS ON THE LCD BEZEL WHERE THE PLASTIC IS COMING OFF ANS SOME MARKS ON THE BOTTOM AREA, CHECK PICTURES CAREFULLY.
CHARGER IS NOT INCLUDED, BATTERY HOLDS CHARGE (cant guarantee the life span of the battery).
Hard drive was tested before installing the OS with no errors found.
It has fresh new WINDOWS 10 ACTIVATED installed without other software but the ones that comes with windows setup.
The laptop was taken apart for a deep cleaning and apply new thermalpaste to the CPU.
Please note that since we receive the laptops from many different ways(auctions, donations, purchase in bulk, etc) we do not have history of use of any item.
