Directions for Use:
For adults and children over 12 years old:Shake the bottle gently before use.Remove the cap and prime the pump by pressing down several times until a fine mist is produced.Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed.Spray once into the open nostril while breathing in gently through the nose.Repeat in the other nostril.Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after each use.
