A tiny little mouse, on a sea shell. Maybe a snail's shell or a cockle, and then a piece of quartz rock

Under 2" in all dimensions. Hand made and painted by M. Leadbetter of Cornwall. 

They seemed to specialize in little animals atop bits of rock. There are just a scant few items for sale on eBay
