The Sunburst Honey Locust Tree is grown for its beautiful golden yellow fern like foliage in Spring which turns slowly to green as we approach Summer. This variety is thornless and has lovely arching branches, slow growing into a small to medium tree of 5 metres in 20 years.
These trees are decidous, losing all their leaves in Winter.
The actual Sunburst Honey Locust on offer is shown in the last two photos - taken April 2024 with new leaf buds just showing for Spring - these are fully hardy outdoor trees.
You are buying a very large 35litre pot grown specimen which is approx. 9ft-10ft inc. pot . You are buying one tree (the one in the last two photos).
POSITION: Outdoors, full sun to part shade. Plant in free draining soil .
WATERING: If in a container, it is important to water every day in warm periods in Spring and Summer.
PRUNING: can be pruned to shape in the WInter months when it is dormant.
