| This auction is for a 2001 Dept. 56 Village #56.56680 " On The Boardwalk. " It is in very good condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a must have set for your New England village. The large piece with the pelican and seagulls measures 3 inches high x 10 inches long x 2 1/2 inches wide. The 2 small ramp sections measure 2 inches high x 3 1/2 inches long x 2 inches wide. They are made of resin, they have a great weathered wood look. They were purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and have been stored in a smoke free home.
