Harry Potter Vintage 20,00 Light-Up Pen LED Light RED INK Factory Sealed Works.  As of today this 2000 Pen still lights brightly when you push the test button on this sealed package.  No guarantee that this will stay working so please purchase knowing this since this pen is now 24 years old however this is a super cool item for Harry Potter Fans and the one picture shows me testing this, however batteries will likely be needed some day soon   It is the red pen with red ink.  Still sealed in package which has yellowed with age.  Neat find.  THANKS SO MUCH for looking at my items!  Feel free to ask questions.
