This is a lovely bone/bamboo mahjong set with a rare flying bird one bam and lovely flower tiles. The hand carved tiles are in excellent condition with bright paint and no fading. The tiles are a little creamier in color than the photos show. These are fairly thick tiles, about 40% bone, and measuring approximately 1-3/16 x 7/8 x 1/2". Four additional well matched tiles were added to the original 148 and stickered for jokers, making this suitable for NMJL play.
