I don't normally list items without a completed painted version to show what the model looks like.  I'm making an exception in this case.  Since I got started in 3-d printing ships,  I've had several requests for a container ship. This one came off  the way Saturday morning 03/09/24.  The boys in the shipyard are currently painting and detailing it.  Here's some shots of the mock up to show what it's going to look like.  The model with the railings was the first print.  the deck area was a little too short to handle two rows of containers so it was lengthened which is the second model.  These should easily handled up to eight 40 foot containers or sixteen 20 foot container and various combinations.  Dimensions:  Length 11.75 inches  , Width  (Beam for you Old Salts) 1.82, Height 1.90 to the top of the wheel house.  Overall height will of course vary depending on mast placement. Ok, it's a little small for a trip to China to restock Walmart but it could be used for local container transfer and outlying islands.  It's not to big to overpower a layout and if you can find a similar container ship for less, BUY IT!!  Containers not included.
