Comes boxed with clip, the unit is in great used condition as shown, the polystyrene insert has a mark that may clean off and the box has a tear, slightly crumpled bottom, all as shown. It powers ups and bleeps when batteries are inserted so I assume it works ok but have no way of testing it. the battery terminals are clean, no batteries included, no manual.
