PAGAMENTI

pagamento deve essere eseguito entro 4 giorni dalla scadenza dell'asta;
diversamente, in mancanza di comunicazioni, sarò costretto ad avviare una "Controversia per oggetto non pagato" per poter recuperare le commissioni
pagate e mi riterrò libero di mettere nuovamente in vendita l'oggetto.
SPEDIZIONI
Spedisco entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione effettiva del pagamento, salvo imprevisti.
Per
acquisti multipli è prevista un'unica spedizione combinata.
I
costi di spedizione sono a carico dell'acquirente e sono comprensivi dei costi
di imballaggio.
Non
posso rispondere di ritardi, smarrimenti o danni agli oggetti dovuti al
vettore; gli oggetti viaggiano ad esclusivo rischio dell'acquirente.
GARANZIA
Questa è
una vendita da parte di un soggetto privato con la formula "visto e piaciuto" e
con esclusione esplicita di qualsiasi forma di garanzia.
Mi
riservo comunque la possibilità di accettare, se richiesta, la
restituzione per oggetto significativamente diverso da quanto descritto e
illustrato nell'inserzione; rimborserò il costo pagato al netto delle spese di
spedizione, una volta ricevuto l'oggetto a cura dell'acquirente entro 10 giorni
e nelle medesime condizioni in cui gli è stato spedito.

PAYMENTS
Payment must be made within 4 days after the end of the auction, otherwise,
in the absence of comunication, I will be forced notify an "unpaid
item case" to recover the feed paid and i will feel free to relist the

SHIPPING
I ship within 5 business days from actual receipt of payment unless unforeseen events.
For multiple purchases there is a single combined shipment.
Shipping charges are your responsibility and are inclusive of packaging
cost.
I can't account for delays, loss or damage to object due to the
carrier; the objects travel at buyer risk.
WARRANTY
This is a sale by a private entity whit the "seen and liked" form
and exclusion of any form of warranty.
I reserve me the possibility to accept, if requested, the return object significantly different from that described and illustrated in the listing; I will refund the price paid less shipping costs, once received the object by the buyer, within 10 days, under the same condition in which it was shipped to him.
