Delivery Information

Warranty:
The faulty item can either be collected by a courier (We will email you a prepaid return label) or this can be returned by you, and the return postage cost refunded. *Return postage refund limits apply*.
For items under 30 days, a new replacement will be issued. For items over 30 days, the tech team will decide if the fault can be repaired or a replacement is needed under your consumer warranty. Please allow a minimum of 3 working days for all warranty claims. Our customer service team is available 365 days a year.
Returns
If an item is found to be faulty, please contact us directly though ebay for a return or replacement to be processed. A pre-paid return label will be issued to you. Perishable goods along with supplements are excluded from our returns policy, unless they arrive damaged during transit.
