THE ILLUSTRATED NEWS OF THE WORLD Magazine Issues dated May 10 1890 and June 7, 1890. The 12" x 16 1/2", 24 page issues each are wrapped with attached advertising covers. They were "printed from the original blocks of 'The Illustrated London News'". The June 7 issue has 20 numbered pages plus a 4 page equivalent laid in fold-out engraving titled "Eminent English Conservative Statesmen". The magazines are in Acceptable to Good condition with the advertising covers showing moderate wear and hand soiling, the May 10 issue with some writing on the top front edge and the June 7 issue detached and with spine edge tears; and with the interiors showing some non-soiling handling signs on page outer margins and a very few hand soiling signs, while otherwise quite clean, mark free and tight.
