1940s German books x 2

Both covers are in a Preowned distressed / vintage condition with multiple heavy wear to covers marks blemishes imperfections bumps scuffs & other defects issues with binding / in need of significant repairs.

Pages are generally good with imperfections here there but nothing really significant. Please see photos for typical condition.

Both books were owned by Georg Jens whose name is stamped in ink
