An original WWII home front "What To Do In An Air Raid" poster labeled "OFFICIAL--by the U.S. Office of Civilian Defense."  Dense blocks of detailed text in that classic 1940s style: "Do not be a wise guy and get hurt"... "defeat the incendiary with a spray (never a splash or stream) of water, then go back to safety under a table in a refuge room"

Heavy cardboard.  About 9" x 13 1/2". Good condition with edge wear as shown and tanning.

A rare piece of history and a superb addition to any wall or collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed the way it deserves to be. I always combine shipping. Please see the Tech History and Cold, Atomic War sections and the rest of my store for more museum quality artifacts.
