Unique! One of kind wall hanging Southwestern Native American Hopi kachina figure sconce/single candleholder sculpture!

Artist: Unknown

Appears to be unsigned

I have searched high and low over the time I have owned it and I have yet to find out anything about it. It’s an incredibly beautiful unique sculpture that I wish I knew more about!

Dates: exact age is unknown- Could be 60’s-80’s.

Measures:

35.5”H x 9.5” x 4.5”

Welded in hanging hardware on back is roughly .5”D which is included in measurements above.

For use of a single candle. As shown I have used a tapered one but you could use a much wider candle. I enjoy the appearance of a tapered candle.

Medium: Looks to be bronze? but not certain-could be mixed metal of some sort with verdigris. You will have to be the judge! I have shown clear and up close images to help with your decision.

Heavy!

Condition: Very nice condition with mild wear from use and age. Some mild scuffs from use, couple spots and or stains, mild wear inside candle holder from use and other light wear.

No major damage! Hangs incredibly well!

Really stands out!

Sculpture is sold as-is, as shown and with the understanding that I do not know the medium type.
