Up for sale is a vintage 1966 Johnson Sea Horse JW-21E twin cylinder 3hp outboard boat motor recoil / rewind starter assembly  Decent used condition but shows some marks and wear from handling and use. Was painted for a duck boat. Pull cord handle was taped at the base. Has the mounting hardware. Pulls out and retracts as it should. See pictures.
