Description

The L-3 was produced from 1902 to 1933.
It is a round soundhole archtop guitar of the round soundhole and archtop genre, a unique Old Gibson model that combines a soundhole and archtop.

It has an archtop and archback, a smaller body of 13.5 inches, slightly wider than a Les Paul, a 615mm short scale, a nut width of 47mm, a very thick triangular neck shape, a headstock with a floral inlay on the script logo with “The Gibson” painted on it, ivory The headstock is decorated with the script logo “The Gibson” and floral inlays, and the binding and rosette are made of ivory.

The top has been refinished in the past, but the riffs on the top are old and have a nice atmosphere.
The frets and nut have been replaced when the neck was reset, and the bridge and tailpiece have also been replaced.
After receiving the guitar, the top bracing was peeled and glued, high position fret lift was corrected and rubbed together, and the back crack was corrected.

K&K PURE MINI pickups are installed and can be output from an amp.

The guitar is set up in .010-.047 extra light gauge, with low string height for excellent playability, allowing you to enjoy the good old Gibson style, long before the J-45 and other models were invented.
