DESCRIPTION This is a 1858 Dutch / Netherlands East Indies now Indonesia 1 cent copper coin as shown. The coin is unchecked for errors, mint marks, varieties etc, more details can be found on Numista.

CONDITION  I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good used collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are general user, rub, knocks, handling and storage marks etc to the coin.

I am not an expert, large scans / pictures can be sent to assist you. I am normally on line Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-3pm.
