Antique Light Brown Smokey Quartz & 9ct Gold Seal Fob Pendant - Hallmark Chester 1911

This seal Fob weighs 18.5 grams including the stone. At the widest point the Fob measures 29 grams and hangs 32 mm including the ring. I estimate the gold to be around 5 grams but that's not a guarantee. 

The hallmark has the crest for Chester, the date letter L for 1911 and 9.375 for 9ct gold. I can't quite make out the manufacturer mark.

The seal Fob is in excellent condition.
