Meyer Trioplan 100mm f/2.8 "1st Quality"-marked lens with Exakta mount, famous for its iconic "soap bubbles" bokeh. This is the best copy of this lens among multiple that I tried in the past, it is actually sharp and contrasty from wide open, no ghosting, unlike most of these Trioplans that often perform horribly, almost unusable (maybe it was a quality control issue, not sure). I did not realize it was actually a good short telephoto lens design until I tried this one.

Glass looks clean and clear with no scratches, no fungus or haze, little internal dust. Aperture opens and closes easily with no oil on blades, but only works in manual mode (i.e. stops down as soon as you rotate the aperture ring). Focusing is smooth.

Cosmetically it looks good for its age, with normal signs of use such as small scuffs, no serious scratches or dents.

It comes with both original caps (inluding rare leather Meyer front cap) in a leather soft bag, as shown.
