XOCHIMILCO by Sergio Ladrón de Guevara

A hand-colored etching by the artist.

XOCHIMILCO is 14 miles from Mexico City, in the valley of Mexico. It is a popular site for locals, tourists, & celebrations. XOCHIMILCO is the last remaining remnant of a water transport system built by the Aztecs.

This Sergio hand-colored etching was purchased about the year 2000 at a gallery showing in the Los Angeles Valley, just prior to Sergio and Karen Ladron de Guevara’s move to Arizona. This etching has remained in my home since then; always on display and always sealed in original slip cover as purchased directly from Sergio.

Sergio passed away in 2017. His artwork remains as a testimonial to his amazing talent.

There are several other hand-colored by the artist etchings available by Sergio on this site; check out all the other offerings on zenius seller site. Thank you for your interest.
