This is our standard model low Irish whistle. It is made with a plastic molded mouthpiece which means that unlike our handcrafted mouthpieces, this model is very uniform between individual whistles. This model has a very nice full sound with strong low D note but still plays easily all the way up to the 3rd octave. It is an upgraded model from our previous standard low D with a slightly larger bore tube.

The standard low D whistle comes in a flat black lacquered body and molded plastic mouthpiece. We believe this is the best sounding low whistle under $100 on the market.

This whistle has been individually hand tuned to concert pitch A440 at 68•F

This is a multi- item listing. You will receive a whistle nearly identical to the one pictured, but not the exact whistle.

I will ship your whistle usually within 1-2 business day of when the order is received. (I do not ship on Saturday, so if you order is placed on Friday it will ship the following Monday). In the US I will ship using USPS Priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. International Shipping is handled by Ebay.
