They have a sturdy solid metal spring (more like a sturdy metal lever), so it doesn't break, come loose, or lose it's grip when your in the middle of doing a piercing. +++I am selling these as DOUBLES (TWO clampS with rubber bandS in a baggie--see pics), but you can bundle more for a significant discount.
+++The front end, of the clamp itself, is round and slotted for easy removal. The grip is bumpy, textured, so you don't lose your grip. The clamp opens a full inch wide--so it works for most any body part. These are disposable, made of plastic (except clamp mechanism, of course). Excellent for people that are traveling with their piercing gear or doing events. Can use in conjunction with surgical steel clamps and jewelry.
+++You will need to sterilize them before use. I am sending them in a baggie with a rubber band for holding them closed while piercing, if need be.
