All our items are sold on behalf of charity to support our local church; we thank you for your support.

• Please be aware we are a charity and whilst we do our best to ensure orders are checked before sending, mistakes can happen. Please contact us before you leave negative feedback to give us a chance to resolve the problem, as we are always happy to help and take our reputation seriously.

• We ask you to view the photos carefully as they form most of the description. Anything we have written is our opinion so please make up your own mind regarding this listing.

• As we are an onsite shop, during the normal working week (excluding weekends and bank holidays) we can't guarantee that all queries will be answered during 'out of hour' periods, but we will ensure to respond as soon as it's possible. Most of our auctions finish on a Saturday or Sunday, it would therefore be much appreciated if you have any queries that you ask them before 12pm on the Friday before they finish.

• We offer combined postage for multiple items at a charge of £1.50 extra per item. To apply the postage discount please add the items you wish to purchase to your basket before payment, once the items are in your basket the discount will be added automatically. If you have any queries about postage, please message us before bidding.

• Clothing sizes are listed as according to the items inner label, which are not always consistent or reliable by brand, so please check the individual brands sizing guide before purchasing/bidding or contact us for measurements and we will do our best to assist you.

• All our items are donated to us and therefore are in used condition unless listed as new. We always try to describe notable defects to the best of our ability but please understand that with used items some flaws may be missed or too minor to mention. We ask you to study the pictures carefully as items are sold as seen. Any buyers suspected of unfairly abusing eBay policies will not be tolerated.

• All packaging is recycled as far as is humanly possible, so items may be sent in paper envelopes instead of plastic bags to help with this.
