Kids playhouse  only selling as the grandkids are growing up fast and don't use it anymore.

Good solid condition just a little fading .

This is not a little tykes it's a much better quality item

Can be dismantled for transport.

It will have to be sited on level ground. 

We have it on the artificial grass.
