A marvellous mid to late 19th century treacle glazed pottery inkwell believed to be based on a satirical print of Robert Walpole yawning - he was considered to be the first Prime Minster of Great Britain.


Condition is good, commensurate with age and use. Structurally sound. One small chip to one corner. Please see photos.
