Box has some wear

The car has playwear

Battery compartments in the car and controller are clear

The item was tested and it does click and engage, but it does not steer or drive

We opened up the body and there is what appears to be a loose wire.  This may be an easy fix but outside our knowledge base

The inside components are clean
