We have a 100% 30 day return/refund policy. We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment (or next business day Monday-Friday except holidays). We ship either FedEx ground or Priority mail depending on your location and the size of the item. Anything under 13oz ships 1st class USPS. If your payment is received by 2pm your item will be mailed that same day.
