Toys Alliance makes some of the nicest Acid Rain figures.  This is a boxed set containing the "FAV-A35 VIPER SHARPSHOOTER" figure set. This item is sold out and made in a shorter run than most figures.  These will soon be impossible find making it very difficult to complete the set.  We are a USA seller and only have a few items to list.  We are not a toy store and we do not have cases. The sealed boxed pictures shown are your actual item. The box sleeve is amazing with eight factory SHARP corners making the sleeve near perfect!  The bag is still sealed and has no rips or major marks.  You are receiving one sealed item.  The opened box pictures are stock photos for your display consideration and not included.  This item is easily top shelf and worth grading... n/Mint to Mint by almost anybody's standard.  The condition of these items will deteriorate as sellers buy and re-sell them, and they get shipped and traded and displayed more and more.  This one went from the manufacturer... to the USA and next to YOU!  Not only is this a sold out set, but it is a high end example.  I see sellers selling these without a description or proper pictures.  I see opened items being sold as "brand new."  If you opened an item (to check contents and examine it or play with it)... it is not "brand new and unused!"  You are getting exactly what is pictured and described.  This is a very nice piece. ***BEWARE!*** If you are ordering from overseas, shipping can take up to two months... they don’t tell you this but it is true. As buyers we no longer purchase from overseas sellers since we’ve had our orders cancelled after sellers have had our money for actual months! The orders we did receive took six weeks and they were mangled and required import fees. You don't want to try and initiate a return with an overseas seller, it's just plain scary. The Viper Sharpshooter is an NAUS desert combat unit dispatched to join allied forces in the inland operations of “Area 4”. The unit’s birth can be traced back to the Secession Wars, where rapid desertification transformed much of the central continent.

Viper Sharpshooters form the core of anti-armor forces in the NAUS army and are equipped with anti-material rifles. Known for their crucial role in Operation Darksand, the joint NAUS and Agurts taskforce successfully routed an armored extremist group and recovered precious cargo in the Estancian deserts.
