This is for a lovely and quite unusual hand made brass trench art puzzle snuff box fashioned as a pocket sized book from the early 1900s. It is finely detailed showing the books spine and silver overlay on the books corners and cover. It is a trick box, if you didn't know you would spend a fair bit of time working out to open it. When you do know of course its easy, lid slides off sideways, but when you look at it the lines are nearly all hidden in the silver frame and its been done really well. It is in excellent condition with no damage, no dents and it measures 72mm (2.75") x 49mm (2") x 14mm (0.5") deep.
