Shipping

Shipping on most parts is done via UPS & USPS Ground. Normal ground service orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times vary and typically take 1-4 business days depending on your location and how far you are from South Texas.  

Parts that are to be shipped via freight must go to a commercial address with freight access and loading dock OR forklift availability.  Additional charges apply to residential and or lift gate service.  Freight shipments may also be shipped to a terminal location for dock pickup or picked up in person - just call 1 day in advance to verify that parts are ready to go.

**Customer is required to inpsect package PRIOR to accepting delivery and MUST notate any damage before signing for item.  Not verifying damage before accepting delivery will VOID warranty and any chance of reimbursement.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final.  Returns with RO and prior arrangement only.  Replacement only for defective merchandise.  Refund only if a replacement is not available.  Please read the item description and view the pictures carefully before purchase. We will do our best to fully represent each part we sell. 

• If part is damaged or not functioning (or if there is any mistake at our end), we'll accept your return on general ebay terms. 
• All items are marked and will be inspected once received. 
  Only items with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded. 
• We're not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.
