2010 China SILVER PANDA - 10 YUAN - 1 OZ Silver Coin - NGC MS 69.  This coin is encapsulated but does have some hazing on the back side.  Please see pictures and ask any questions.  My only guess is the NGC slab has an air leak - but unusual that it did not affect the front.....or it was graded and encapsulated with the haze?  You be the judge.  A nice certified coin and good investment as silver appears to be rising.
