For its age in good used condition - no loose pages, spine may have some creasing and with some page yellowing & foxing.  Covers are a little bit grubby with some foxing & minor bumping to outer edges and corners may have creases.  There may be writing inside the book and/or owners name, date etc.  Dustjacket has split into four pieces.
