The item is in impeccable condition and virtually never used. They are non-active units meaning they will come with a full term of warranty from Apple post-activation. The outside boxes may be worn, have tape marks, or inscriptions on them. Some units will come with wrappers around the device and accessories but not all will.
- All items are packed and shipped on the same day or the next business day.
- Do not buy with ill-intent or to pull a fast one as all shipments are documented from serial numbers to shipping label recordings as well as shipment images. The items are documented pre-shipment to assure everything matches the description and to avoid buyers with ill-intent.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, item does not match the description, or there are other issues please contact us first and we will try to rectify the situation or give you assistance. There is a 30-day return period on open box items.
- We unfortunately do not ship internationally and to territories requiring customs paperwork.
