This offer applies to long-term winter lets between November 2024 and March 2025 for up to 4 people. For stays of 8 weeks or more, the price is £225.00 per week and for stays of between 4 and 7 weeks, the price is £255.00 per week. The check-in time on the day of arrival is 3pm and the check-out time on the day of departure is 11am. Please check availability BEFORE BUYING as this offer is being advertised elsewhere.

If you're looking for comfortable and affordable, self-catering holiday accommodation with a home from home atmosphere, then Paradise Villa in Paphos is the ideal choice.

It's located in the Kato Paphos area of Paphos in close proximity to the Annabelle 5* hotel and the Alexander the Great 4* hotel. As many of our previous guests have mentioned, the position of the villa is absolutely perfect. It's in a quiet and peaceful location overlooking the pool with open fields beyond, yet only a 10-minute walk to the tourist area of Kato Paphos where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. There's also a mini market for all your basic provisions and a restaurant just a 2-minute walk away.

The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is only 15km (9 miles) from the villa and the journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 20 minutes. Larnaca Airport is approximately 142km (88 miles) away and the transfer time is about an hour and a half. Getting to the villa from the airport is simple and straightforward. You can hire a car or pick up a taxi from the airport. Driving in Cyprus is on the left-hand side as in the UK and detailed driving instructions and a map will be provided. Our property managers in Paphos will be on hand in case you have any problems or questions during your stay.
