AFV Weapons Profile Number 50 - Swiss Battle Tanks

Published 1972

Very good condition!

Part of the excellent AFV Weapons Profile series. Today, like many armies in Europe, the Swiss employ the German Leopard as their Main Battle Tank.  However, for nearly 30 years, from the 60s through to the 90s, the Swiss used home developed/produced MBTs. This book looks at this little known series of AFVs, perhaps this topic will be of interest to some military enthusiasts or model makers - and available to you for the price of a cup of coffee!!

The interior of the book is in EXCELLENT condition (see photos 2-8). The spine is very good, with minimal signs of any wear (photo 9). The staples are like new, still shiny with no signs of rust (photo 5). The covers are in excellent condition, with no significant issues, but they do show some very minor signs of age/wear/handling - don't forget this is a 52 year old book! Overall the book is in EXCELLENT condition, easily worthy of a "very good" listing!

Hopefully the photos adequately show its condition. They were taken just using natural sunlight on a dull overcast day, so they're not very bright, but there is nothing wrong with the colour quality of the book!

I'm listing more books in the coming weeks, nearly all military related.  If you think you might be interested either make me a favourite or regularly check my items for sale - thank you.
