This Thrustmaster T248-P racing wheel is for parts only. The wheel powers on but won't auto-calibrate. It just twitches back and forth as demonstrated in this video clip.

If calibrated by hand, by rotating the wheel fully to the left and right, it will function by providing linear resistance and turning response, but is a bit glitchy and the FF is muted.

I was told by Thrustmaster that the motor needs to be replaced.
