This listing is for a Rare Old Victorian Figural Children at Play Porcelain Figurine

Mostly good condition. I believe this is supposed to open to be a ring or jewelry box but there’s some sticky goo that is holding this shut. I didn’t notice any cracks or chips but there is staining and I don’t know what the inside looks like since I can’t get it open.
