This lot of bulbs is made by various brands, none of them appear to be broken. They're untested and I won't be removing them from the packages to test them. Some of the coloring is chipping off of a couple bulbs - see photos for a more accurate description. It is in as found estate sale condition and I'll leave any light dusting and cleaning up to the new owner as we do not want to risk damaging the item.
