Parker Vector Pen Parker Rollerball Pen
Design #2This pen is new and includes a fresh rollerball cartridge. This is a blue white and black-body pen with black trim on it as pictured.
This pen is unique as the pen has texture to it. The paint is thick and feels 3 dimensional. I have not seen a parker like this before.
Every now and then I find a pen with a random design on it. This is one of them.
