Two  plush velvet  bows perch atop the deep vamp,  both elastisized to cling nicely to the foot.  An ideal size heel - 1 5/8 inches tall -  is heavier and gracefully curved to give the pumps a lovely  Edwardian silhouette.   Back inside of heel is suede lined. 

Gold leather lining adds  luxury  notes to  these Joan & David designer shoes, hand made in Italy of the finest materials.   Velvet is unblemished - pix don't do these shoes justice.  So very very pretty. Model # 78102, shoes measure 10 1/2 inches long on insole, 2 3/4 inches wide.   

From the top shelf of my closet  - should have worn them at least once, alas  -  to yours...
