Excellent condition - no cracks, scrapes, etc of any kind. 

The roof and steeple/bell tower (?) are removable and will be removed and carefully wrapped as will the main structure for shipping.

The building is approximately 10" (L) by 4" (W) by 7" (H - to the top of the steeple)
