Hello! This skirt is in excellent condition coming from a smoke-free home. The skirt length is 11 inches and across the waist is 9 1/2 inches, 19 all the way around. It has a white liner and famous Lilly embroidered on the inside along the bottom. Please send any questions and have a great day!
