This is a very old shadow-box style sterling silver & turquoise bolo tie!  Based up on it's construction and patina, I would guess it was made in the early 1950's to early 1960's.

It is trapezoidal in shape.  The 2 longest edges are 2 inches in length.  The single turquoise cabochon measures 5/8 inches in length.  The back of the bolo slide features 2 very old handmade brackets...a common mid-century feature before the advent of the "Bennett" fasteners.  It is not signed, very few Native American Jewelers signed their work during that era.  The tips measure 2.25 inches in length.  I believe the bolo slide, the tips and black leather cord are all original, not married.

Condition: Heavy patina to the silver components.  A few minor scratches, a slight ding along the left edge of the bolo slide.  The black leather cord is somewhat worn, but still supple.  It has many uses remaining.

Please take a close look at the many pictures I have posted they give a good portrayal of the quality and condition of this mid-century Native American bolo tie.
