Here is a very nice vintage pistol case in nice condition.

The box appears to be made of mahogany. The lock and key function well.

The curved, lidded compartment is shown, along with a Colt percussion Police pistol and a Colt revolver in position as an example to illustrate approximate size.

The cartridge holes measure .485" diameter, or a 31/64" drill.

The box measures 2 3/8"tall x 6.5"wide x 12.5" long.
